Refund Policy

If a customer opts for a vehicle with a charging equipment installation, the booking amount is refundable till such time that the charging solution is installed. In the event the customer requests for cancellation of the booking after installation of the charging equipment by us, the customer shall not be entitled to any refunds. On such cancellation, we shall have the right to, directly or through a third party, uninstall and take possession of the charging equipment and adjust the booking amount towards deinstallation of the charging equipment.

If the customer has not opted for charging equipment installation, the booking amount is refundable till the time that the customer makes the full payment for the vehicle.

All eligible refunds shall be processed by us within a period of 7 working days.

Please note that the Customers will be eligible for refunds only for the booking amount paid by the Customers. The Customers shall not be eligible for any refunds on payment by the Customer of the complete purchase amount towards the vehicle.

Purchase Safety - Avoid Fake Commitments
  • We prioritize customer safety and transparency in our sales process: No false promises on price or dispatch: Komaki does not engage in misleading pricing tactics. If you are unsure about an offer, verify it with our support team.
  • Authorized purchase channels: Always purchase from authorized dealers or our official online portal.
  • Advance payment requirement: A mandatory advance payment is required to confirm your booking and avoid unauthorized transactions.
Fetching purchase details: After purchase, any document or vehicle details must be requested through our Support Team, not the Sales Team.

Dispatch updates: Once dispatch begins, the delivery process cannot be denied or altered.

Warranty Claim Process

For Online Purchases:

2.Battery Issues:
  • Our executive will provide a warranty claim form specific to battery-related concerns.
  • Complete and return the form as instructed.

3. Motor and Controller Issues:

  • No form is required.
  • Our executive will guide you through troubleshooting steps and request photos or videos to document the issue.

4. Technical Assessment: Submitted information is forwarded to our technical team for evaluation.

5. Response Time: Within 10 days, a Customer Support executive will contact you with the assessment outcome.

NOTE : Please note that once vehicle has an issue and the customer drops a mail or call for the same and wants the claim of warranty or repair he/she may ensure that vehicle shall not be used further

For Dealer Purchases:

Komaki RTO & Insurance Payment Policy

How We Ensure Transparency in Customer Support

At Komaki, we ensure a transparent process for RTO registration and insurance. However, it is important to note the following:

1. Customer Bears the RTO & Insurance Costs

  • Whether purchasing from shop.komaki.in or an authorized Komaki dealer, the customer is responsible for paying RTO registration and insurance charges.
  • Komaki does not pre-pay or include RTO or insurance costs in the vehicle price.

2. No Commitments on Free RTO or Insurance

  • Komaki does not provide free RTO registration or free insurance.
  • Any miscommitments regarding free RTO or insurance by any third party, dealer, or agent should be immediately reported to our Customer Support Team.

3. Komaki Assistance for RTO & Insurance

  • Komaki can assist customers in connecting with nearby authorized dealers for RTO and insurance processing.
  • Dealers may offer guidance on local RTO charges and third-party insurance options, but the payment remains the customer’s responsibility.

Important Notes

Customers must pay RTO & insurance charges directly to the dealer or the RTO office.

Ensure all RTO & insurance documents are collected and verified before taking delivery of the vehicle.
